Choosing the right piece

How do I choose the right size?

Measure around the neck where the collar will naturally rest. Keep the tape comfortably close, then compare that number with the exact fit range on the product page. After fastening, you should be able to place two fingers between the collar and the neck.

Should I choose a size by breed?

No. Dogs of the same breed can have very different neck measurements. Use an actual measurement, and contact us if your dog falls between sizes or you are considering a wider collar.

Materials, use, and care

Are all KITHWILD collars made from the same materials?

No. Leather, lining, hardware, crystals, gemstones, and construction may vary by piece. The materials and specifications listed on the individual product page are authoritative.

How should I care for a leather collar?

Keep it away from prolonged moisture, harsh household cleaners, and direct heat. Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth and follow any product-specific care notes.

Are statement collars suitable for every activity?

Follow the guidance for the individual piece. Unless a product page explicitly says otherwise, do not treat decorative collars as swimwear or chew toys. Inspect the collar, stitching, hardware, and decorative settings regularly, and discontinue use if anything is damaged or loose.
